The future of Super Eagles captain, Wilfred Ndidi at Turkish giants Besiktas has become increasingly uncertain after an unnamed Saudi Arabian club doubled their bid for him.
Fotomac reported that the club have made a formal offer to Besiktas for the experienced defensive midfielder.
The report further said that as a result of this latest bid, the club leadership now plans to meet with new coach Vincenzo Italiano.
Ndidi is currently sidelined by injury and so was absent from a qualifying match of the UEFA Europa League against FC Midtjylland of Denmark.
