A multi-billion naira, 21-floor, high rise luxury residential project dubbed 16 Alexander Tower in the upscale lkoyi, Lagos has gotten a December, 2027 delivery date.
Project Manager, Prabal Chakrabarti of Cappa and D’Alberto Plc, main contractors of the project, said the building is being constructed to highest safety , structural stability and luxury protocol associated with the company’s decades of construction in Nigeria.
He said the luxury tower, which sits on 4, 376.216 square meters, has 54 units with 158 parking spaces with the first to the 3rd floor also reserved exclusively for parking for both residents and their visitors.
