Tope Obideyi, widely regarded as the Pillar of Sports in Oyo State, has once again demonstrated his unwavering support for Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC), popularly known as the Oluyole Warriors, on matchday.
Obideyi called on the club’s teeming supporters to exercise patience, understanding, and continued support for the team, urging them to shun violence and maintain strong faith in the management and technical crew as they work to turn the season around.
He expressed confidence in the club’s ability to overcome its current challenges, stressing the importance of unity and encouragement from fans in helping the team achieve its objectives.
Obideyi also commended the Chairman of 3SC Sports Club, Hon. Taiwo Salami, for his efforts and commitment to the club’s progress. He described his support as a modest way of appreciating the chairman’s contributions and encouraging him to sustain his excellent work.
In a further show of support for the Oluyole Warriors, 300 free tickets have been made available to fans ahead of Friday’s clash against Ranchers Bees FC, providing an opportunity for supporters to turn out in large numbers and cheer their team to victory.
The initiative is aimed at boosting fan participation, strengthening the bond between the club and its supporters, and giving the players the encouragement they need as they prepare for the encounter.
Obideyi urged 3SC fans to take advantage of the opportunity, fill the stands, and demonstrate their loyalty to the team, emphasizing that the players need the backing of their people, particularly during challenging periods.
He reiterated the importance of positive support, calling on fans to create an atmosphere of enthusiasm and encouragement while avoiding actions that could undermine the team’s efforts.
As Shooting Stars prepare to face Ranchers Bees FC on Friday, the message remains clear: unity, patience, and unwavering support will be vital as the club seeks to improve its fortunes this season.
Our team, our pride, our own!
