Ageless juju musician, Alhaji Akeem Olatoye Ajagunjehun, popularly known as Uncle Toye Agajun, was among the 26 Muslim faithfuls honoured with religious chieftaincy titles by the Aba-Alamu/Oke-Alaro Muslim Community recently.
The Magbe-magbe crooner was turbaned as the Otun Jagunmolu Adinni of the Aba-Alamu/Oke-Alaro Muslim Community at the colourful ceremony which took place inside the premises of Bembo Games Village, Apata-Ganga, Ibadan.
Hundreds of muslim residents of the community, friends and well-wishers trooped out to witness the ceremony which attracted many popular artistes, including Taiwo Omotunde, into the community.

Speaking with PMParrotng after the event, the ace juju musician revealed that he would now re-dedicate his life to service to Almighty Allah and humanity.
His words “there is nothing else I want that Allah has not given me. I am a contented man with the belief that only Allah grants fame, success, prosperity.
“I have made up my mind to continue to serve Allah to the best of my ability. Yes, I am still a musician and I know Allah still has so much plans for me and my musical career.”
While thanking friends, fans and well-wishers who attended his turbaning programme, Uncle Toye said “I am always appreciative of those who genuinely care for me and what I do. I will strive to do my best to keep justify the confidence you have in me.”
