Nigeria International star, Isaac Success will not be leaving the English Premier League (EPL) despite his lack of game time this season.
The 21-year-old striker, who joined Watford from Spanish outfit Granada last year, is yet to feature in Watford’s first two league games of the season.
The English club’s head coach Marco Silva has since revealed why Success has not been getting some game time.
“This situation: He’s a young boy and boy who needs to adapt to this football and to our ideas as well,” Silva said.
“We tried to put that to him as soon as possible because he’s one player we believe in as a project, as a Watford project.
“Until now I don’t have a decision. He stays with us, he works hard and tried to find his space in the team. It’s what I want him to do,” he added.
“It surprises me, this. Until now I haven’t spoken with anybody about the situation.”
Success made 19 league appearances for Watford during the 2016/17 campaign and he netted once in the process under Coach Walter Mazzarri.
Prior to that season he had netted six goals in 30 Spanish La Liga matches for Granada during the 2015/16 campaign.
