Scottish Premiership side, Aberdeen have confirmed the signing of Chidiebere Nwakali on loan from Manchester City.
The deal will see the 21-year-old Nigeria youth international remain on loan at Aberdeen until the end of the 2017-18 season.
Dons boss, Derek McInnes told the British press: ”He is a player we have been looking at for quite a while and we are delighted to have him on board.
”I am sure he will prove to be a valuable addition to our squad.”
Chidiebere Nwakali has linked up with his new teammates at their warm winter training camp in Dubai.
The 21-year-old previously had loan spells at Girona, Malaga, IK Start and Sogndal Fotball due to difficulties in obtaining a work permit in England.
In November 2017, he earned his first call-up to Nigeria’s senior team but was not utilized in the matches against Algeria and Argentina.
