The widow of late Ozziddi King, Dr Sonny Okosuns, Omono, has praised President Muhammadu Buhari’s spokesman, Chief Femi Adesina, saying that he has always been a loyal personality who stays with friends at all seasons.
Omono, who spoke with PMParrot shortly after Adesina paid and unscheduled visit to the family house of the Okosuns on Yaya Abatan Street in Ogba, Lagos.
The Okosuns widow spoke further “Very few people know Mr Adesina, that is why they sometime misunderstand him. Since his days at The Concord Newspapers, he has always been a loyal person. He stays by those he considers his friend.
“As you see him, he does not promise what he cannot deliver. He says it as it is and the way he sees it. And he is also God fearing. Today, we were happy to have him in our midst. His visit reminded us of those days when our Daddy was alive. They were very close.
“Our prayer is that God should continue to be with Mr Adesina, guide and guard him because we know the present assignment he is doing is a very challenging one.”
Adesina, who was also received during the brief visit to the late Evangelist’s home by his younger brother and Manager, Charles Dickson and Iwa expressed his happiness that the family left behind by Okosuns is still intact and keeping the spirit alive.
“This is a poignant time as you have unfolded your plans to mark the 10th anniversary of the death of my great friend and brother. I pray that his soul continue to sleep well till the day of Great Awakening”.
