All is now set for the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the 1983 Set of the Lagelu Grammar School Old Boys Association. The celebration will hold on Saturday, August 11, 2018 by 12noon inside the Ayo Labiyi School Hall of the school.
The 35th anniversary celebration is packaged by the leadership of the set under the Chairmanship of Alhaji Kolawole Rasaq to appreciate God and celebrate the journey so far in the lives of members. The celebration will feature the donation of a 100 set of Chairs and tables to the management of the School for students’ use.
According to the 1983 Set’s Vice Chairman who doubles as Chairman, Anniversary Planning Committee, Lagelite ‘Wole Ojetola, “all is now set for the celebration of our 35th anniversary. It is our own token way of thanking God and giving back to the School. It is going to be memorable as some of our members in diaspora have started arriving the country ahead of the historic programme.”
