Hope Democratic Party’s Wole Adedoyin, one of the candidates contesting the forthcoming gubernatorial election in Osun State has promised that the agriculture sector will be given priority if he is elected as the next governor of the state.
Adedoyin, made this known on Saturday through a press release and reiterated his commitment to developing the agriculture sector.
According to him “we will bring idle lands in nooks and crannies of the state to productive uses, rehabilitate of farm access roads, encourage cash crops and small livestock production in the interest of food security and nutrition.
Adedoyin further promised to institute various schemes in the agricultural sector to promote the general socio-economic lives of the people in the state.
“Our government will be committed to see more youth into the agricultural sector because it is the only area with more job vacancies” Adedoyin said.
