Nigeria Football Federation has ordered the twenty-four players invited for the upcoming 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Seychelles to report to camp in Victoria on Monday, September 3.

It remains to be seen if that deadline can be met by all the players as a number of the invitees are expected to feature for their respective teams this coming Sunday.

Arsenal’s Alex Iwobi is expected to be named in the traveling party to Cardiff, where the Gunners face the Welsh side in game week four in the Premier League on September 2, while Odion Ighalo’s Changchun Yatai face Henan Jianye same day.

Chelsea loanee Ola Aina, Chievo’s Joel Obi, Crotone’s Simy and Udinese’s Troost-Ekong also have commitments with their Italian clubs on Sunday, and the same applies to Samuel Kalu (Bordeaux), John Ogu (Hapoel Beer Sheva) and Chidozie Awaziem (Porto).

The Super Eagles players are expected to depart directly from Seychelles to Saudi Arabia on Saturday, September 8 for the proposed international friendly against Saudi Arabia which is scheduled to hold in Jeddah.

The players will fly back to their respective clubs from Saudi Arabia on Wednesday, September 12.
