As the 2019 general elections approach, a renowned Islamic scholar and Founder, Shafaudeen In Islam Worldwide, Professor Sabit Olagoke Ariyo has charged relevant stakeholders in the country to crave for not only credible but also free and fair elections.
Professor Olagoke gave the charge during the ground finale of his 62nd birthday anniversary held at Shafaudeen Headquarters, Wakajaye, Iwo-Road, Ibadan recently.
According to the Islamic scholar, “For the coming 2019 elections, I urge parents, guardians, politicians, government, security agencies, NGOs, education and research institutions to crave for credible elections.

He advised politicians to follow the scriptures to develop the nation instead of promoting hatred among the populace to achieve self desire goals.
Prof. Olagoke, while speaking on the topic “Core Value Restoration: A De-Worming Antidote“, said that lack of understanding of the scriptures in the Holy Quran and Bible are contributing to breach of peace being witnessed in the country today.
