The fourth edition of HR People Magazine Awards and Gala 2019 was a huge success with glitz and glamour as the winners and special guests went home happy and fulfilled.
The reputable event for professionals in Human Resources has the pleasure of Crème de la crème top companies in attendance with other several CEOs past and present including Mr. Fola Adeola former MD of Guaranty Trust Bank.
Winners on the night included Employer of Choice (Over 1000 employees )-IHS Towers Nigeria; Employer of Choice (Under 1000 employees)- Cadbury Nigeria PLC; HR Leader of the Year- Jubril Saba, Director of HR IHS Towers Nigeria; Best Training, Learning & Development- Stanbic IBTC Holdings; Best Work-Life Harmony- Unilever Nigeria PLC; Outstanding Employee Engagement- Stanbic IBTC Holdings, won this for 3 years consecutively. Outstanding Talent Management Strategy – Nigerian Bottling Company; HR Champion (Awarded to CEO’s)- Ferdi Moolman, CEO MTN Nigeria; Best Recruitment Strategy- Cadbury Nigeria PLC and PZ was commended for the HR Team of the Year.
Mrs. Amina Oyagbola, former HR Executive MTN Nigeria was also honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
Dapo Saheed, the Executive Director of the awards is back on the drawing board in preparation for the grand 5th edition billed to take place in June 2020.
