In order to monitor the distribution of books across Oyo State as ordered by state’s Governor Seyi Makinde, Prof Daud Sangodoyin, the commissioner in charge of the Ministry of Education has visited Ogbomoso.
 In his speech to the pupils in the town, he reiterated the commitment of the GSM administration to provide an all inclusive qualitative education in the state and will also adhere strictly to all policies created by the administration.
The commissioner told the pupils that starting from October, after-school lesson will commence for SSS3 students across the state.
The timing goes as listed below.         Tuesdays:   2pm- 4pm.                       Wednesday: 2pm- 4pm.                     Thursday:    2pm- 4pm.                     Saturday:    9am- 1pm.
He enjoined all hands to be on deck to make this achievable adding that the teachers will be well remunerated for their efforts.
