Talented Yoruba actress, Fathia Williams has revealed that she derives so much fun from shocking friends and adversaries when she pursues and realizes dreams that are generally perceived as being almost impossible.
Fathia, who made this revelation while speaking with friends in Ibadan, the capital city of Oyo State early in the week also said “I am most comfortable when I embark on a seemingly impossible project and my friends and adversaries wait for me to fail.
“It is usually their doubtful stance that keeps me going. It pushes me more to depend on God for the strength and inspiration needed to get the job done.”
Apparently speaking about her new movie, Aje Oja (The Market Place) that she plans to premier on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at the prestigious Mauve 21 Event Center located on Ring Road, Ibadan, the capital city of Oyo State, the iconic actress said “All is set and all our expected guests will be pleasantly shocked after previewing the production.”
While speaking further on the forthcoming movie premiere, Fathia said “All arrangements have been concluded. I thank God, and I must also thank Alhaja Muraina of Mauve 21. She is indeed a great supporter.”
However, another shocking aspect of the movie production was the fact that she featured her ex-husband, Saheed Balogun. Before then, they had not featured in the same production for about 14 years.
Other prominent names featured in Aje Oja included Muyiwa Ademola, Jaiye Kuti, Taiwo Hassan, Eniola Badmus, Nkechi Blessing, Jaiye Kuti, Baba Latin and several others.
