One of Ibadan’s most loved philanthropists and socialites, Alhaji Mukaila Sodimu has reportedly died after suffering from an ailment that had to do with COVID-19.
Sodimu, who is also the President of Ibadan Rotary Club died last Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at the age of 65.
Parrots were also informed that the Proprietor of Sodam Event Center and Hotel located within the elitist Oluyole Estate in the capital city of Oyo State was briefly ill.
Said a source who pleaded anonymity to PMParrot “We never knew it was going to end like this. Alhaji was sick and we thought it was a small thing and before we knew it, he was diagnosed and pronounced to have been infected with COVID-19.”
Sodimu, an indigene of Egbaland from Ogun State was a retired Customs Officer before he became a private businessman.
