English premier League side, Tottenham Hotspur are making a sensational last minute move to hijack Nigeria’s Super Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen’s move from Lille to Italian Serie A outfit, Napoli.
According to source with the London club, Tottenham are ready to corner the propose move of the former Wolsfburg player to Napoli by meeting with his minders today.
It would be recalled that Osimhen last week met with Napoli’s president, Aurelio del Laurentiis and officials of the club for talks on his move to the Naples based team.
Tottenham will use the connection between former Lille coach, Joao Sacramento and the Nigeria international to cement the deal.
Osimhen is keen to hear from Spurs before making a final decision which could be settled at the end of this week.
Osimhen is on the radar of many great team in Europe after a scintillating season in France with Lille that saw him score 18 goals in all competitions.
