The duo of Nigeria’s Super Eagles stars, Leon Balogun and Joe Aribo will miss Scottish Premiership giants, Glasglow Ranger next game due to injury.
Rangers are scheduled to face Kilmarnock on match day 5 of the Scottish Premiership at Ibrox Stadium on Saturday.
According to the manager of the team, Steven Gerrard, Balogun, who suffered injury on matchday three against St. Johnstone, leading to his substitution at half-time, and Aribo, who picked up a training ground injury last week, will be missing in action when they clash at home against the Killie on Saturday.
“Balogun and Aribo won’t make the weekend. I think both have a good chance for the following week.
“McGregor is back fit after training yesterday, Defoe still won’t be seen until after the International break,” Gerrard said At a press conference on Friday.
Both Nigeria international, who had played a prominent role for the Ibrox based team, were both left out of the team that played goaless draw against Livingstone last Sunday.
Rangers, who are currently leading the table with 10 points from 4 games, remains the only team yet to concede a goal in the Scottish Premiership.
