The founder of Hassan Olawale Giwa (HOG) Foundation and renowned architect, Hassan Giwa has joined others well meaning individuals to mourn with Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State and his entire family over the death of his mother.
Giwa, in his condolence message described death as inevitable for all mankind. He said that the governor’s mother, Madam Abigail Makinde lived a good and meaningful life and had left a memorable legacy for his children and the family.
The HOG founder pointed out that it is true no matter how aged is our parents we will always find it painful whenever it is time for them to rest in the Lord.
He said that the Mama Abigail will surely be missed not only by her children, family but also across the length and breadth of Oyo State.
While praying that almighty God gives the governor, all the children and the entire family members fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss, Giwa appealed to them to take solace in the fact it is only God that gives and takes.
He also prayed that almighty God makes the soul of the deceased to rest in peace and forgive all her shortcomings.
