The speaker Osun State House of Assembly, Rt hon. Timothy Owoeye has appealed to all the nominees of Governor Adegboyega Oyetola as caretakers in the Local council development areas and area office to work for the unity of the ruling party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Hon Owoeye made this known on Monday at the end of caretaker nominees’ screening exercise at the House of Assembly Complex, Osogbo.
Owoeye admonished the nominees to embrace one another and allow peace to reign across all local government areas of the State.
The speaker added that, all the caretaker nominees should settle their differences for the party sake.
According to the speaker “I want you all to work together and deliver your wards and units in the forthcoming elections.
“Go home and settle your differences in politics – division will not favour the party come 2022 election in the state”.
