The creamiest in the Nigerian society were in Ibadan, the capital city of Oyo State on Friday to be part the burial ceremony held in honour of Deaconess Comfort Omoladun Fagade, a retired teacher who died on June 13 at the age of 78.
One of his children, Abisoye Fagade is a prominent businessman, Public Relations guru and a gubernatorial aspirant of the All Progressives Congress in Oyo State.
Dignitaries at the event included the Olubadan of Ibadan, Oba Saliu Akanmu Adetunji, Aje Ogunguniso; Elegushi of Ikate, Oba Saheed Ademola; Oluwo of Iwo, Oba Abdulrasheed Adewale Akanbi, Telu 1; Olofa of Offa, Oba Mufutau Muhammed Oloyede Gbadamosi, Okikiola Esuwoye II; Olugbon of Ile Igbon, Oba Francis Olusola Alao, and other traditional rulers and high chiefs across Yorubaland.
From the entertainment industry, prominent actors like, Kunle Afolayan, Yomi Fashlanso, Antar Laniyan, Fathia Balogun, Dayo Adeneye, Kenny Ogungbe, Banky Wellington and others also honoured Fagade with their presence.
King Sunday Adegeye, KSA and Vintage Band were on the band stands to thrill and entertain the guests.
