The driver of a tricycle (keke marwa) was on Thursday morning mauled to death by a truck at Alakia, an Ibadan suburb. The deceased was identified simply as Kayode.
An eye witness informed PMParrot that the truck hit the keke Marwa from behind at Airport Junction in Alakia.
Said our source “The driver of the truck quickly drove away after hitting the Keke Marwa from the back. We were even told he killed a student in his haste to get away.
“The wife of the deceased is a twin and came to the scene. She has been led back home.”
PMParrot was informed that youths in the area are presently on the trail of the killer-truck-driver.
Added our source “Kayode’s colleagues have taken the carcass of the keke Marwa to the nearest Police Station”.
