The Monarch of Omuo Ekiti Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Oba Dr. Noah Adejuwon Omonigbehin, the Okinbaloye II has rolled out activities to mark the 30th year’s anniversary of his coronation from 27th December, 2021 to 2nd January, 2022.
The Monarch stated this on Monday during a press briefing in his palace in Omuo Ekiti while expressing gratitude to God for keeping him safe on the throne of his ancestors.
Speaking further, the Chairman of the 30th coronation anniversary, Builder Solomon Ogunbusola stated that the activities marking the coronation anniversary has commenced with an interdenominational service organized by the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) leadership of the state.
Ogunbusola further maintained that the Monarch and the Olomuo in Council will felicitate with some selected aged people in the community by 10:00am on 28th December, 2021 while a grand finale of a football match sponsored by DCM Kayode Fanola will be played by 3:00 pm.
 He stated further that a public lecture titled ‘The roles of the traditional rulers in eliminating cultism among youths will be delivered by Professor Gbenga Jegede on Thursday 29th December, 2021 along with the official commissioning of the ultra-modern royal gate and office of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC).
Others activities include presentation of awards and conferment of honorary chieftaincy titles to deserving Nigerians with anniversary thanksgiving to be held on Sunday, 2nd of January 2022 at Wesley Methodist Church, Omuo Ekiti.
Speaking with PMParrot, the monarch stated that he ascended the throne of his ancestors on December 31st, 1991 and hailed from Apoge Ruling House in Omuo Ekiti.
Reacting, Builder Solomon Ogunbusola further congratulated the monarch while wishing him long and peaceful reign in good health.
