The family of former governor of Oyo State, late Alhaji (Dr) Lamidi Onaolapo Adesina has joined other great Nigerians to mourn the demise of His Imperial Majesty, Oba Saliu Adetunji, the Olubadan of Ibadanland.
In a statement from Dr Ayobami Wasiu Lam-Adesina made available to PMParrot, the family eulogized the deceased monarch for being a leader of men who was selfless.
Said Dr Lam-Adesina “On behalf of my mother, Alhaja Sarat, my siblings and other members of our family, I express our condolences to the family left behind by the great traditional ruler, the Olubadan-in-Council, the government of Oyo State and all well wishers.
“We pray to Almighty Allah to grant His Imperial Majesty and other Royal fathers who have recently answered the call of our creator aljanah firdaus. Amen.”
