Sportsmen from Ekiti State have emerged champions of the 3rd Ogun Green Court under 16 Tennis Clinic/tournament.
The duo of Seun Ogunsakin and Faith Adewuyi emerged winners at the 4- Day tournament held in Abeokuta with over 100 under 16 years old boys and girls from the six South West States participating in the competition.
In the female category, Faith Adewuyi of Ekiti state out stroked Success Ogunjobi by two sets to one to win the girls singles final while Junior International, Seun Ogunsakin beat Sodiq Kusimo of Ogun State in two straight set of 6-1, 6-1 to emerge champion of the boys singles.
The annual Tennis clinic and U-16 tournament also featured taking over 100 boys and girls from various primary and secondary schools in Abeokuta and Junior players from six South West states through basic tennis skills for three days.
