The gubernatorial candidate of the Action Democratic Party (ADP) in Ekiti State, Erelu Kemi Elebute Halle has received endorsement from the monarch of Ikere Ekiti, Oba Samuel Adu Adejimi and the Bricklayers Association in the State.
Speaking, the Ogoga of Ikere Ekiti, Oba Samuel Adu Adejimi revealed that he was happy that a woman has decided to contest for the governorship seat of the state while urging her to maintain her good name if elected.
Similarly, the Bricklayers Association of Ekiti State has further endorsed the candidature of the Action Democratic Party gubernatorial candidate.
Speaking at the endorsement ceremony, the State chairman of the association, Mr. Akinola Olasupo pointed out that the association has decided to support the candidate based on her credibility as an Engineer stating that the governorship candidate has always employed the services of the members of the association in her Engineering profession.
Mr Olasupo, however, expressed optimism that the Action Democratic Party (ADP) candidate will emerge victorious in the June election.
Reacting, Mrs. Kemi Elebute Halle further expressed her appreciation to the Bricklayer’s Association for the endorsement while promising that the party will provide alternative and responsible governance to the people of the State.
