The Ekiti State working committee of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) is set to receive the party’s gubernatorial candidate, Engineer Segun Oni into its fold.
Dr. Dele Ekunola, the Ekiti State chairman of the party revealed this recently in Ado Ekiti while urging the electorates to disregard falsehood concerning the candidature of Engr. Segun Oni stating that such information does not emanate from the party’s leadership.
He further added that the leadership of the party has agreed to receive more defectors into the party in a bid to win the fast-approaching gubernatorial election in the State.
The SDP chairman, however, urged the Ekiti electorates to remain steadfast and vote for Engr. Segun Oni so that rapid development will be witnessed in the state.
