The Nigerian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Jordan and Iraq, H.E. Faruk Malami Yabo (MFR) was on ground recently to receive the world record 1500 Christians’ pilgrims led by Prophet Taiwo Ojo of Christ Apostolic Church and packaged by the foremost Destination Management Company in Nigeria, Absolute Success Travels & Tours the owner of the UfitFly brand.
The consular while receiving the large contingent at the Queen Alia International Airport, Jordan said “I’m happy to associate with the DMC and their unblemished records in moving Christian pilgrims from Nigeria” while urging them to be good representatives of the country by observing absolute compliance with the rules and regulation of Kingdom of Jordan.
He added that UfitFly has used the Jordan Pilgrimage to show some Christians that it is not the way to salvation but to be able to see the exact spots where life changing events took place as recorded in the bible can go a long way to strengthen one’s faith.
“They have used the Pilgrimage to visit as many of these biblical sites in seven days, immersing pilgrims in the story of Jesus Christ and the apostles”.
Other spiritual leaders and gospel singers, social media influencers, movies celebrities that were part of the epic trip included Mama Kori Kori, Goke Bajowa, Chigozie Wisdom, Kemi Ologooara, Elijah Akintunde, Muyiwa Ademola, Tolu Oluwo, Kola Olootu and mother of popular Nigeria’s artiste, Mrs. Juliana Morayo Balogun to mention a few.
Part of the programs lined up also included a ministration tagged: ‘144hours of prayer session’ that will be observed at different biblical sites visited such as Gadara (The place where Jesus commanded the unclean spirit out of a mad man in Gadara) as seen in Matt8: 28-34, ‘The Citadel’ as read in 2Samuel 11, The ‘Dead Sea’, ‘Makawir Palace’ (The place where John the Baptist was beheaded) as read in the Book of Mark and many other significant places.
