Future of Nollywood, kid-actor, Fisayomi Amodemaja, popularly known as ‘Abebi’ has cried out for help to all well meaning Nigerians to help save her name, parents’ name and integrity from impersonators.
She said these impersonators have created fake accounts with her name on the social media and have been scamming innocent people.
In a special statement sent to PMParrot during the week, the 12-year-old begged her fans to continue to have faith in her and believe in her that she will never sink to the level of scamming innocent people.
She said “This is to notify everyone that I Fisayomi Amodemaja popularly known as Abebi does not know anything about any Facebook page or group in my name, I don’t know anything about online scam and I have never had any negotiation with anyone.
“By God’s grace, I am a public figure an Actress and Student, I am young girl, (a minor for that matter), that has not been involving myself in any personal chats or negotiation with any one.
“My management and my Mother are the ones in charge of my Instagram page and TikTok, I am so surprised hearing people are using my name and picture to scam people.
Please and please, I am using this medium to state it clear to all my fans and lovers that I have not and will never be involved in any fraudulent act. I am a child of God and I have my parents’ name and mine and integrity to protect, please, kindly disregard any false information about me, people are just impersonating me , disregard any other page except my Instagram page @fisayomi_abebi and my TikTok page @fisayomi _abebi0….
“Without you my fans out there, there won’t be me and I always appreciate your support, so how on earth will I be involved in any form of scam?
“By God’s grace, I can never sink to that level. I promise to keep the good work and will never disappoint you.
Please, I appeal to everyone to help me share this and secure my name, integrity, future from these wicked people. Thank you all and God bless”.
