The family left behind by one time governor of Oyo State, Alhaji (Dr) Lamidi Onaolapo Adesina has joined other great partymen and women to congratulate the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on his landslide victory at the just concluded presidential primary of the party, held at the Eagle Square, Abuja.
In a special statement signed and sent to PMParrot by the scion of the late politician, Dr Ayobami Wasiu Lam-Adesina, the family described Senator Tinubu’s victory as symbolic and “an affirmation that the national leader of APC is a strategic and pragmatic progressive.”
Ayobami Lam Adesina also used the opportunity to congratulate other leaders of the party starting from President Muhammadu Buhari.
“Our family is also proud of the roles being played by our Daddies, Chief Bisi Akande, Chief Segun Osoba, Chief Akin Oke and other progressives to move the party forward and ensure victory in 2023.
“We will also like to urge all party members to come together, put the primaries held at all levels behind them and work for the general progress of APC.”
