The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Oyo State House of Assembly, Ibadan North East Constituency 1 in the 2023 general election, Hon (Engr) Abiodun Babalola has rejoiced with the people of the state and residents of Ibadan North East on the celebration of this year’s Eid-el-kabir festival.
Babalola charged all Muslim ummahs to uphold the teachings of Prophet Ibrahim noting that the Prophet is a good example of obedience and faith who listened to the direction of the Almighty Allah by sacrificing his only son.
The former Ibadan East LCDA caretaker chairman further congratulated all Muslim pilgrims participating in this year’s Hajj while praying for their safe returns from the holy land.
He, however, urged the good people of Oyo state to continue supporting the Governor Seyi Makinde-led administration describing him as a result-oriented administrator considering his achievements within the last three years in office.
Babalola further advised residents of the state not to fall for the cheap antics of the opposition saying the former administration in the state was a mistake that the good people of the state will never repeat.
“The achievements of Governor Makinde will surely speak for him come 2023 as almost every result oriented people in the state will love a continuation of progress as being presently experienced in the state.”
