Excitement As Police Community Relations Committee For Zone 11 Osogbo Gets New Exco

There was excitement in the air recently when the Commissioner in charge of Osun State Police Command, Mr Olawale Olokode joined others to witness the inauguration of Zone 11 Command’s Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) in Osogbo.

At the special occasion held in Zone 11 Command Headquarters, Osogbo, the newly constituted executive committee of the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC) Zone 11 Command were elected, inaugurated and given certificate of office by CP. Olawale Olokode.

The Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of Zonal CID, DC. Banji Ogunrinde who welcomed the CP, his management team and all dignitaries from all works of life that graced the occasion advised the newly constituted Executive Committee to be focused, determined and give maximum support to Police so that there will be a well secured society.

CP Olokode thanked the organisers for the special invitation extended to him to be part of the ceremony and also to his management team which included DCP Olusegun Omoosanyin, DC SCID, DCP Hope Okafor, DCP DFA, DCP Charles Dike,  DC B ‘OP’S. He admonished the PCRC leadership to continue to support the police.

He used the opportunity to charge the Zone 11 Command officers and men to keep exhibiting good character and virtues that will build people’s confidence in the force.

PCRC National Vice  President, Alhaji Magaji Olaniyan encourage PCRC Zone 11 to wake up and perform her constitutional role by supporting the Nigeria Police to provide a secured society to Nigerians. He then thanked the IGP, CP and all other officers that have been making PCRC in the South West of Nigeria proud.

The newly constituted Executive Committee’s Publicity Secretary, Mr Akin Ayide gave a vote of thanks and promised that the new executive will not disappoint.

Present at the occasion also included Zone 11 DC DFA, DCP Illiyasu Kwarbai and other invited guest.
