The organizers of the Oyo State Most Influential Award Series have revealed that this year’s edition of the glamorous event will be quite unforgettable.
While speaking with PMParrot recently during a media event, the convener, Olalekan Olanrewaju Ola confirmed that there are three voting categories and two none voting categories.
His words “voting is ongoing presently for Man, Woman, and Youth of the year, which are the voting categories, and voting will close on the 10th of January, 2023.
“We have amazing prizes for the winners of these categories. First, one of the best travelling agencies in the country as of today, UfitFly, will be giving the winner all expenses paid trip to Rwanda in Kigali, 5days and 4nights. Also, the winner of the Youth of the year especially will be given 300square meter of landed property and ambassadorial endorsement deal by AdBond properties. AdBond will also be presenting tangible gifts to the Man and Woman winners on the day of the event.
“The two none voting categories are 100 Most Influential People and Brands, and the honorary category.
“Honorary category is given to veterans, highly valued personalities in the society, and those that supported the event in one way or the other, while the 100 Most Influential category is given based on their influence for the year in view, and this category is selected by the board of jury, there are 10 categories and there are certain number of people we select per category”.
Olanrewaju also took time to inform that “we are in partnership with the popular veteran journalist and broadcaster in Oyo State, Chief Yemi Sonde, owner of YES 101.7FM, also with the Role Model Entertainment Ltd, owned by Alh. Babatunde Saheed, popularly known as Mr. Sports, the veteran broadcaster and owner of EOB Live, Mr. Enitan Olusegun Bamidele, and I also want to seek your partnership as well, I mean all the media people present here today, so that we can have an amazing event covered and reported by your highly esteemed platforms.

Also, the ongoing voting for Man, Woman, Youth of the year is in partnership with WATU, a fintech company, we embraced this partnership in order to have a rigid and transparent voting process, the voting is being displayed immediately after anyone voted for anybody, and the winners of the three categories will be known exactly on the day the voting will end, the results cannot be tampered with or manipulated.
