Governor Biodun Oyebanji’s administration in Ekiti State has promised to look into the problems confronting Investors across the state with a view to solving them.
The Special Adviser to the Governor on Agriculture and Food Security, Mr. Ebenezer Boluwade gave the promise during a meeting with Investors in his office in Ado Ekiti.
Mr. Boluwade who noted that the problem of insecurity bedeviling the Investors must be put on hold, charged them to work with the
Traditional Rulers in their areas in collaboration with the State Government to stop the act.
The Special Adviser on Trade and Investments Mrs. Tayo Adeola who was also at the meeting urged the Investors not to lose courage, adding that the State Government would intensify efforts to end the crisis.
Earlier, two of the Investors Messrs Sanya Fabiyi and Temitope Olatimehin had itemized the problems confronting the Investors to include, Insecurity, bad road network, market linkage and herdsmen destroying their planted crops on their farms.
They solicited government’s assistance in checkmating the Herdsmen attacks and incessant kidnappings across the state.
