The death of Nigeria’s first indigenous chartered accountant, Akintola Williams has been announced. He died at the age of 104.
According to a source, who does not want to be mentioned, Williams died at his house in Lagos, on Monday morning.
The news of the demise of the graduate of accounting who attended the University of London has since been trending online and offline.
Akintola Williams was born in 1919.
