It was a fulfilling moment for guests and members of the Holy Church of En-Hakkore, Felele, Ibadan, Oyo State as it hosted the 2023 edition of its annual Christmas Carol on Sunday, December 17, 2023.
The event, held inside the church auditorium kicked off at 5pm prompt and was anchored by Pastor Omotoso Olumayowa. The opening prayer was said by the Pastor in Charge, Holy Church of En-Hakkore, Pastor Bola Oyediran, followed by the calling of the children’s group to render their songs.
Thereafter, the youth choir was invited on to the stage for the second Carol song, while the third lesson was read by Min. Olamide Leshaodo, followed by the ministration of the all-white mass choir, who did not disappoint with their performance.
The fourth lesson was read by the wife of Chairman, UfitFly Ltd, Evangelist Ajibola Ogunkeyede, Madam Hannah Ajibola Ogunkeyede, followed by the performance of the Good Women of Holy Church of En-Hakkore and Helmsmen Fellowship, and the fifth lesson was read by Mr. Omololu Omotadowa.
After the lesson, the fourth Carol song was rendered by the church choir, and the sixth lesson was read by the publisher of Parrot Xtra Magazine, Ambassador Olayinka Agboola.
Thereafter, the church choir came back for the fifth carol song, which brought the shepherd-in-charge of the church, Pastor Bola Oyediran, to feed the church members and dignitaries present at the carol service with the word of God.
Popular gospel musician, Evangelist Kemi Rehoboth, was then invited in to lead another round of praise and worship, and the gospel musician thrilled all to the fullest. Finally, the candlelight session, which was coordinated by the Pastor in Charge of Molete Baptist Church, Challenge, Idi Odo, Rev. Edward Kehinde, electrified the environment as the spirit of God took control. Indeed, it was glamorous and fun all through.
In an interview with Apreel1 Events TV, the wife of the Chairman of UfitFly, Evangelist Ajibola Ogunkeyede, Madam Hannah; the publisher of Parrot Xtra Magazine, Ambassador Olayinka Agboola; Pastor Bola Oyediran; and Rev. Edward Kehinde Alabi sent messages to all Christians and Nigerians as a whole on need to spread and share love.
