President Bola Tinubu is expected to commission three projects executed by his administration in Lagos on Sunday.
The projects include the newly rehabilitated Third Mainland Bridge, the concrete paved roads to the Apapa and Tin Can Island ports and the flag off of the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway.
He is also scheduled to virtually flag off the ongoing 330 emergency rehabilitation of roads and bridges across the country.
The Third Mainland Bridge, which was closed for repairs, is ready for commissioning by President Tinubu.
The bridge, which is a critical transportation artery in Lagos, has undergone significant rehabilitation work to improve its safety and functionality.
President Tinubu will also commission the concrete paved roads to the Apapa and Tin Can Island ports.
This project is expected to improve the transportation of goods and services to and from the ports, reducing congestion and increasing economic activity.
Moreover, the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway is a significant infrastructure project that will connect Lagos to Calabar and other coastal cities.
The highway is expected to improve transportation, trade, and economic development in the region.
