Popular Ibadan-based man of God, Pastor Isaiah Alade (Omo Woli) has urged security agencies to tighten security in worship centres, recreation centres and others to protect lives.
The cleric, district superintendent of Christ Apostolic Church (CAC), Mountain of Mercy in Ibadan, said security agencies need to do more to curb crime.
Speaking with reporters in Ibadan, Alade said religious leaders must be safety conscious, adding all must be concerned with security.
He said: “I want the Police and others to have a robust synergy to secure lives.”
Alade enjoined parents and guardians to teach their children and wards morals.
He appealed to criminally-minded people to shun crime and come closer to God.
