The Director-General of the Ekiti State Bureau of Tourism, Barrister Wale Ojo-Lanre, described the appointment of Dupe Adetuwo as the Special Assistant on Arts and Culture to the Ondo State Governor, Lucky Aiyedatiwa, as ‘apt, perfect, fit, and proper.’
In his statement, Barrister Ojo-Lanre emphasized that Governor Ayedatiwa has chosen the best candidate for the position.
He pointed out that Princess Dupe Adetuwo is a Veteran Nollywood Actor of over 40 years with an unblemished record who, through her artistic and Cultural creativity, has displayed to the whole world her mastery of the sector
He praised Dupe Adetuwo’s exceptional virtues, attributes, and extensive experience in arts, culture and sports.
Dupe Adetuwo, a princess with a royal heritage, has been immersed in art and culture since birth. She was born into the cultural traditions of the palace and has distinguished herself in Nigeria’s arts, culture, and creative industries,” Ojo-Lanre remarked.
He further described the appointment as a “classic example of putting a square peg in a square hole,” highlighting Governor Ayedatiwa’s commitment to seeking quality minds for the administration of Ondo State.
Wale Ojo-Lanre expressed confidence that Dupe Adetuwo’s appointment would add significant value to Governor Ayedatiwa’s administration and also elevate the arts and culture sector of Ondo State to a global platform.
