Senator Sharafadeen Alli (APC-Oyo South) has joined others to extend warm birthday wishes to Alhaji Dawud Akinola, the Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland, Edo and Delta States, describing him as a pillar of faith, peace and philanthropy.
The senator’s congratulatory message is contained in a statement he personally signed and made available to newsmen on Monday in Ibadan.
Alli praised Alhaji Akinola for his commitment to Islam and outstanding contributions to the socio-economic development of the South-West, especially in Oyo State.
He noted that Alhaji Akinola has used his position to promote religious harmony, charitable giving and youth empowerment across the region.
Senator Alli prayed that Almighty Allah continues to bless the Aare Muslim with long life, sound health and greater wisdom as he continues to serve Islam and humanity.
