After a grid collapse that plunged the country into an outage, the Nigerian Independent System Operator (NISO) on Friday restored electricity generation to 608MW at 18:00 hours.
In its restoration efforts, the supply to the 11 electricity Distribution Companies (DisCos) rose slowly to 608MW at 18:00 hours from the 60MW recorded at 13:45 hours.
