The Senate has named 12 of its members to work with the House of Representatives on the proposed Electoral Amendment Act, which has sparked public debate in recent weeks.
Senate President Godswill Akpabio announced the committee members on Tuesday during an emergency plenary session.
Notable appointees include Senators Orji Uzor Kalu and Tahir Mungono.
