Toll-Free Call: NOA Commences Training Of Staff Members

The National Orientation Agency (NOA) has commence the training of its Staff on Toll-Free Call at the agency’s headquarters in Abuja aimed at providing immediate response to the citizens.

The training was organized by the Director General of the Agency, Mallam Lanre Issa-Onilu, in collaboration with UNICEF and technical partner, Viamo.

The call centre of the Agency will featured an agents, who can speak multiple Nigerian languages, aimed at ensuring government information reaches every citizen, even in remote communities in the country.

The trainees include representatives from other government agencies in preparing their programmes and informational content to standardized the platform.

Once the operation is completed, the Citizen Call Centre will give Nigerians direct access to government information and a platform to share feedback on policies and programmes.

Preparations for the official launch are underway very soon.
