Consequently, His Imperial Majesty today donated hospital beds and other equipment to the Oyo Muslim community.
Speaking at the equipment donation through his chief of staff, engineer Lukman Ajibade, Alaafin noted that the equipment was donated to help save lives.
According to Oba Owoade, the health of individuals is tied closely to the health of their overall community. In turn, the health of the overall community is an outcome of the collective health of its individual residents.
Affordable healthcare safeguards the economic stability of families, saying that medical expenses are manageable, families can plan for the future, provide for their loved ones, and pursue education and career opportunities without being burdened by crippling healthcare bills.
