Nigeria’s Super Eagles winger, Ademola Lookman has been named in the Serie A Team of the Week.
Lookman played a crucial role in Atalanta’s 3-0 victory against Napoli at the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium on Sunday.
Lookman grabbed a brace for Gian Piero Gasperini’s side in the thrilling encounter.
The 27-year-old has scored six goals and registered four assists in eight league appearances for La Dea this season.
Charles De Ketelaere, Ederson and Isak Hien are the other Atalanta players that made the selection.
Other notable inclusions are Venezia goalkeeper Filip Stankovic, Fiorentina defender Luca Ranieri, Inter’s Federico Dimarco, and Bologna’s duo of Danilo Miranda and Riccardo Orsolini.
Juventus stars Nicolò Savona and Khéphren Thuram completed the list.
