The Bat Global Ambassadors (BATGA), an independent campaign support group, has congratulated the newly elected executives of the All Progressives Congress (APC) across the country, from ward to state levels.
The group further urged the newly elected officials to use their positions as an opportunity to serve the collective interest of the party.
The Independent campaign group made this statement available to PMParrot on Saturday morning in Ibadan, the capital city of Oyo state.
In a statement issued on behalf of the group, the Convener and National Coordinator, Prince Realtor Ambassador Olabode Kayode, and the Secretary General, Hon. Comrade Ambassador Tunde Okorodudu, described the emergence of the new executives as a significant step toward strengthening the party’s structure and unity.
The group urged the party leaders to remain committed to protecting and promoting the core values and ideals of the APC while providing inclusive leadership that would carry all stakeholders along.
BATGA further highlighted its role in the electoral success of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the 2023 general elections, noting that the organization operated as an independent and self-funding campaign support group recognized by the national secretariat of the All Progressives Congress.
The group, however, appealed to the newly elected executives to acknowledge the contributions of BATGA by giving its members a sense of belonging within the party structure.
