Another milestone was set on Sunday 22nd October,2023 in the Nigerian Hotel and Tourism sector as a multibillion naira Olart Apartment, a self-serviced rendezvous established by Otunba Hon. Olumide Olugbenga Araoyinbo, Chairman Olart Group of Companies was officially commissioned.
Apart from the A-list-celebrities and creme de la creme of Nigeria society attracted to the octane event which historically placed it high, it became a reference point in the state.
The commissioning of the highly luxurious OLART APARTMENT located at Plot 6, Ijero Street, Ijapo-Akure,Ondo State was held with pomp, panache and class.
The event was Chaired by a very distinguished national leader and astute businessman, Prince Barr. Tokunbo Kayode,SAN former Minister with unbeatable record of overseeing Four Ministries concurrently supported by his bosom friend, Professor Soji Adesugba and others.
The dedication service was led by Venerable Sunday Awosoga of All Saint Church, Ijapo-Akure while the Ondo State Government delegation was led by Juliana Oshadahun, Commissioner for Women Affairs.
And the event give the Chief Host Hon. Araoyinbo a great privilege to drop an insight into the dream of establishing the Apartment to his guests.
Araoyinbo expressed his heartfelt appreciation to God, his Mentor, Prince Kayode and all those who had been his motivation and inspiration to arrive at pinnacle of his career.
Saying, he took the initiative to establish the Apartment in Akure as his contribution to the development of Ondo State after establishing such in Lagos and Ado-Ekiti.
He also said it the manifestation of all those inspirations he tapped from his Mentor on wealth creation, building and sustain wealth.
It also afford the guests and other well-wishers to express their feeling towards the new arena while they took a tour of all the various Chalets and their strong perception and affections of the founder.
