Prof Taoheed Adedoja, a former minister of sports and special duties has commended the national chairman of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) caretaker committee, Sen Ahmed Makarfi for the organisation of the non elective convention taking place in Abuja on Saturday.
Prof Adedoja who gave this commendation while speaking with journalists in Abuja during the inauguration of the PDP non elective national convention planning committee and sub committees held at Chida Hotel Abuja said “the planned convention is a key stage in the repositioning efforts of the party in line with the aspirations of all the party’s stake holders”.
He further gave kudos to the chairman of the convention planning committee, Sen Author Okowa, the governor of Delta State and members of the committee for the adequate preparations for a successful convention.
Prof Taoheed Adedoja, one of the prominent aspirants for the position of national chairman of PDP also wished all delegates to the non elective convention traveling mercy to and from the convention.
