History was made in Ibadan, the capital city of Oyo State on Monday, February 5, 2018 when the Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Saliu Adetunji installed less than 20years-old Mr Solomon Oluwateniola Adegbola as the Mogaji of Arogundade Family in Ita-Ege, Agbongbo, Ibadan.
The youthful Mogaji Oluwateniola, a Business Economics undergraduate of the University of Warrick Coventry, United Kingdom could not hide his joy as he got installed.
Backed by his business mogul parents, Mr and Mrs Olusola Adegbola, the new Mogaji was the cynosure of all eyes as he was warmly received by the the Olubadan, Oba Adetunji, Osi Olubadan, High Chief Rashidi Ladoja and Iyalode Ibadan Alhaja Aminat Abiodun.
In a brief chat with PMParrot, the Mogaji Oluwateniola said he was highly motivated when he heard words of encouragement from the Olubadan.
He gushed “Both my King, the Olubadan and High Chief Rasheed Ladoja were happy to meet me. They actually made my day and made it a day I will never forget in my life.”
Also installed as Mogajis at the same event were Alhaji Taiwo Kamorudeen Ige Akande, Chairman, Police Community Relation Committee (PCRC), Ogun State, and Chief Executive Officer, Asiwaju Group of Companies, Alhaji Ibrahim Olaniyan and Mogaji Afolabi Olasupo, Olorisa Oko, Mogaji Fosunpaja and Idi-Arere area respectively.
Others who were installed included: Mogaji Olukusa, Amunigun Agbeni area, Mogaji Ibrahim Sheriff Akano Adetunji, Mogaji Makinde, Oke-Offa Atipe area, Makinde Kabiru Ademola, Mogaji Olasupo Asa family, Oke-Foko Agbeni, Rasaq Oladipupo, Mogaji Daada Family, Oje area, Musibau Alimi Raji, Mogaji Opayinka Family Kosodo area, Kayode Taiwo Alaka and Mogaji Ogidi, Oke-Offa Atipe area, Aderemi Ibrahim Babalola.
