Former military administrator of Oyo and Ogun States, General Oladayo Popoola (rtd) has lost his mother.
According to a PMParrot close to the enigmatic retired military officer, Madam Oyegbenle Popoola died on November 30, 2018 at the very ripe age of 102.
Said our source “Look, the fact that Mama was 102 did not matter to General. We could see that he was agitated when she died. They were very close till she died.”
We also gathered that the family members have been meeting in Ogbomoso and elsewhere to arrange a very befitting burial for the late matriarch of the Popoola family.
General Popoola, the owner of Daybis Press, Jericho, Ibadan has since officially notified PMParrot of the demise of his well-love mother.
