Wilfred Ndidi, Super Eagles’ midfielder has made a glorious return to Leicester City for the 2019/2020 season.
The Premier League side posted a video of Ndidi’s return on their Instagram page on Friday, showing the player walking into Leicester’s building.
Ndidi was not part of Leicester’s pre-season due to his involvement in the Africa Cup of Nations with Nigeria.
He helped the Eagles secure their eight AFCON bronze title.
The midfielder was also voted the Total Man of the Match in Nigeria’s AFCON opener against Burundi.
The club gave him an extended break after the AFCON.
Ndidi scored two goals in 40 games for the Foxes last season.
Leicester coach, Bredan Rodgers had confirmed that the Nigerian would feature in their Premier League curtain raiser.
They will start their Premier League campaign against Wolves on August 11.
